Bot OS (bot-os.co.il) is a service by Barak AI (Kobi Barak, Or Yehuda, Israel). It connects an AI assistant to your business's WhatsApp number; the assistant answers incoming enquiries from the knowledge you provide. It never starts conversations, never performs money actions and never books appointments unless you configure that.
You are responsible for the knowledge content and for the answers the assistant gives in your name, for complying with anti-spam and privacy law towards your customers, and for the connected number being yours. You can switch the assistant off at any time.
The fast connection relies on a WhatsApp "linked device" through a third-party technology provider. It is not an official Meta connection, the number can drop and need a new scan, and Meta may block or restrict numbers, especially after tightening its enforcement. The assistant only replies, so the risk is low but not zero, and we are not liable for a disconnection or block by Meta. For an official connection there is the "Official" plan.
7-day free trial. Signing up for the trial requires a credit card and a ₪1 verification charge; cancelling within the 7 days costs nothing more. After the trial a recurring monthly plan starts (₪349 "Fast", ₪490 "Official", VAT included) charged to a credit card through a payment provider licensed in Israel. Cancel anytime; the service continues to the end of the paid period and is not charged again. No refund for part of a month. A receipt is emailed for every charge.
The service is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts for high availability, but the assistant depends on external providers (WhatsApp, Meta, infrastructure and language-model providers) and may be unavailable. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months. The assistant can make mistakes; do not rely on it for medical, legal or financial matters.
We may suspend an account used for spam, deception or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

The subscription is an ongoing distance transaction. You can cancel at any time in one of these ways: the "Cancel plan" button in Settings, an email to hello@bot-os.co.il, or a WhatsApp message to +972-50-555-2007 with your business name. The cancellation is recorded immediately, the standing order is stopped, and disconnection takes effect no later than three business days after the request. The service continues until the end of the paid period and is not charged again. After every payment you receive a receipt by email and a confirmation on WhatsApp with the transaction details: amount including VAT, subscription validity, next charge date and how to cancel.
The alerts you receive on WhatsApp and by email (new lead, someone asking for a human, a charge, a receipt, an outage) are service messages needed to run the subscription, not marketing. We do not send advertising messages under section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (the "spam law") without separate, explicit consent.
