Bot OS is an AI assistant that answers new enquiries on your business's WhatsApp. Connect your existing number in minutes, enter what the business does (services, prices, hours, address), and the assistant replies to customers in their language, takes a name and phone, alerts you, and goes quiet the moment you answer yourself. Nothing to install, no new app, no new number.
Only new customers: people who are not in your contacts and have never chatted with you before. Friends, family and existing customers get no replies from it. If one of them writes and you have not answered within 10 minutes, it sends a single short message saying the business is busy and will get back to them, and lets you know. Groups are never touched.
Reply from your phone as usual. The moment you write in a chat, the assistant stops answering there for 24 hours and leaves it to you. If the same customer writes again after 24 hours and you don't answer, the assistant takes over again.
