Your account details (name, email, phone, business name), the knowledge file, and the messages that pass through the assistant on the business WhatsApp (text, sender number, display name), so the assistant remembers the conversation and you can see what was answered. We never store card numbers; the card is entered directly with the payment provider (PCI standard).
To run the service, show you chats and leads, send you WhatsApp alerts, charge the subscription and issue receipts. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Providers that run the service, by category: cloud storage and database (in the EU), servers, the WhatsApp channel (a technology provider or Meta, depending on the plan), a language model that writes the replies (messages are sent to it only to produce the reply and are not used for training), and payment and accounting providers for charges and receipts. Each provider receives only the data its role requires and works with us under confidentiality and security terms. The current list of providers is available on request.
While the account is active, and up to 90 days after it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion.
Access, correct and delete your data, and cancel the account, by writing to hello@bot-os.co.il. Your business is responsible for telling its customers that an automated assistant replies on its behalf, under Israel's Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13.
Data access only by permission (RLS), channel tokens encrypted, HTTPS everywhere. If a breach affects you, we will notify you.
Providing your details at signup, in the business form and at checkout is voluntary; without a name, email, phone and business name we cannot open an account or bill the subscription. Purposes: running the service, showing chats and leads, alerts, billing and receipts. Data controller: Barak AI (Kobi Barak, Or Yehuda, Israel), hello@bot-os.co.il. Data is shared only with the providers listed above, solely to run the service. Everyone has the right to access the data held about them and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. We do not use the data for marketing and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
The site uses no tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Your browser stores only: the language you chose, day/night mode, and your signed-in session for the app (sign-in session). These are necessary to run the site and are not used for tracking, so no separate consent is required. If we add analytics in the future we will update this section and ask for consent where the law requires it.
